Diptyque Sapin

SweatTheStyle_Diptyque_SapinScent is an important part of relaxation. Diptyque’s Sapin scented candle has a base of pine tree which draws back to childhood, to the beauty of winter and the memories of a Christmas gone by. The fragrant resin crystals are infused with a hint of mandarin: a familiar yet unprecedented meeting of citrus and woody notes. If you’re looking to take a bit of nature back to your home Sapin is the perfect scent. A beautiful and relaxing candle, especially for the holidays. The exterior is designed by painter Julien Colombier, who was inspired by mysterious forests and enchanted jungles. Hints of Big Sur in candle form for your enjoyment.

Big Sur

AdrianneHo_BigSur_SweatCrew-3AdrianneHo_BigSur_SweatCrewAdrianneHo_BigSur_SweatCrew-2The unspoiled land of Big Sur make it a magical destination for hiking, trail walking, and camping. Inhabited by artists, writers, and descendants of the original ranching families, the environment feels like nature in its purest form. Mostly untouched by the development of modern urban sprawl, its visitors respect its vast surroundings. A Sweat The Style favorite for its Zen-like sensibility, a perfect getaway for the active urbanite looking for some adventure in nature.

Float Like A Butterfly Sting Like A Bae

AdrianneHo_SweatTheStyle_SweatCrew_BigSur-2 AdrianneHo_SweatTheStyle_SweatCrew_BigSur_1 If you have a lot of things going on it’s important to make a habit of getting your workout done first thing in the morning or else it might not happen at all. The key is to make it easy for yourself when you wake up to eliminate any potential excuses. Set the alarm and lay out your clothes next to your bed the night before so you can get into them as quickly as possible in the morning. If setting out to do a hard sweat feels like too much promise yourself to at least get in something nice and easy like a jog. Once your body’s warmed up you’ll be more likely to go for that further, harder run after all. Remember even a light workout is better than nothing.
