Raw Almonds are a great source of protein, vitamin E, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Because they contain healthy fats they keep you full longer. They’re great for your skin, hair, and nails. I usually carry a handful of raw almonds in my bag to snack on in between meals, as well as when I travel. It’s better to stick to raw almonds rather than roasted because they’re more nutritious and have not been salted or cooked in oil.
