Adrianne Ho Joins Simu Liu, Jeremy Lin, Charles Melton, Ronny Chieng, Hasan Minhaj & Others For CCYAA Celebrity Classics Charity Basketball Game

Adrianne Ho joins Marvel’s Simu Liu and former NBA Raptors Champion Jeremy Lin to the play the sold out Celebrity Classics charity basketball game in Toronto benefiting the Chinese Canadian Youth Athletic Association and the Jeremy Lin Foundation. Dominique Wilkins and Jamaal Magloire coached each team which consisted of 20 other celebrities, athletes, and personalities in the Asian community including Hasan Minhaj, Ronny Chieng, Charles Melton, and more.

“I felt a huge sense of camaraderie and pride to share the court with so many other industry leaders in the North American Asian community in front of a packed arena in Toronto. Representation matters and I feel good knowing that we’re encouraging more Asians to get active and pick up a sport. Growing up I didn’t have anyone with my background to look up to, so I hope that I can be that person for the younger generation. This is why I always push for diversity and inclusivity in everything I do. Even though I was playing my first basketball game, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Big thank you to Clement Chu, Simu Liu, and Jeremy Lin for putting together such a successful event highlighting North American Asian talent and sport. I can’t wait to come back!”

At Home Fostering Kittens with Luxe Paws

I’ve loved cats since I was a baby, when I shared a crib with my first cat Minny. Fostering has been a passion of mine since spending more time in Los Angeles from Toronto and New York City. Working with the amazing non-profit Luxe Paws in Silver Lake, who trap and neuter parentless stray and feral cats, I help nurture, feed, occasionally rehabilitate and find their forever homes. Helping animals, especially pets is very dear to my heart and I highly recommend fostering if you are blessed with the time. It’s fulfilling in a unique way and very therapeutic especially during times of isolation. Even though it’s extra hard to say goodbye to fosters babies, the warmth you feel when they find their forever home is so worth it.” – Adrianne Ho

Adrianne Ho Helps Feed Hundreds of Families In Need with Native Fields

“This year we celebrated Christmas Eve with my dear friend, restauranteur and chef Cat Castaneda at her Native Fields. Cat and her team’s everyday mission is to bring healthy organic farmers market cuisine to the suburbs of California. With no local access to prepared whole foods, Native Fields seeks to provide surrounding communities with healthier options and most importantly: access to unprocessed, pesticide-free and non-gmo ingredients. We collaborated with the Claremont Farmers Market and Food Connects Us to help feed hundreds of families in need this season. With the help of many of your generous donations we were able to make a little difference this holiday. Thank you for your compassion.” – Adrianne Ho

“A huge thank you to all my family, friends, and fans in Asia who have been able to send protective masks and PPE for our frontline healthcare workers in Los Angeles. With all your help we’ve been able to donate hundreds of masks to both Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for frontline healthcare workers who have been in short supply. Upon delivering them personally they were so appreciative and thankful. We are in this together and anything we can do to help one another is a beautiful thing when times are tough. United, not divided. Donate if you can. Mask up.” – Adrianne Ho
