I always feel amazing, awake, and ready to take on the day after a morning sweat, no matter how tired I am before I start. Working out in the AM jump starts your metabolism early, which helps you burn more calories. It personally helps me stay focused on making positive health choices throughout the day because I don’t want to let my hard work go to waste. The sooner you get it done in the morning the less likely life’s other obligations will get in the way. Start the day with a sweat!
