Side Summer Squash

Summer Squash: 3, sliced
Red Onion: 1/2 cup, chopped
Olive Oil: 3 Tbsp
Sea Salt: To taste
Pepper: To taste
Garlic: 2 Cloves
Paprika: To taste

Cut thin slices of squash. Heat olive oil and sautΓ© garlic and onion until onion is soft. Add squash and toss until crisp and tender. Add salt, pepper, and paprika and serve.
