The best things in life are often the simplest. This quick, easy and delicious combination could be eaten on its own or on toast, in a sandwich, or over a bed of lettuce. We used Fuerte avocados from farmer Laura Ramirez of JJ Slone Daughter Ranch in California. These beautiful avocados have high oil content and also make delicious guacamole and spreads.
Pinch of red chilli flakes
Pinch of sea salt
Slice avocado, sprinkle sea salt and red chilli flakes. Dashing some extra virgin olive oil over top to add a little extra flavor and texture.
