Introducing my west coast Sweat The Style girl, model Xian Mikol. When we met up for a sweaty stairs workout Xian showed up looking fly in a worn vintage t-shirt over the Nike aerial print sports bra and shorts paired with some cool light blue sneakers. Xian brings the heat whether she’s working it at the gym or in front of the camera.

I sweat myself to keep pushing past comfort zones.
What do you SWEAT?
I sweat butter and kettle chips.
Where do you SWEAT?
I sweat at Equinox with my trainer Jamie and at The Bar Method with my heels lifted.
When do you SWEAT?
I sweat at least three times a week if I’m not sweating in traffic, in castings, or in the airport.
How do you SWEAT?
I sweat breathless in the boxing studio, shaking in bar method, and shameless squatting across the gym.
Why do you SWEAT?
I sweat because I’m blessed to have a job that I love, I sweat because I want to live a long life with a good butt, but mainly I sweat because I love to eat and I’ll never put down the fork.
