I sweat doing exercises mainly with my own body weight. Burpees, Box Jumps, Squats, Mountain Climbers, Planks, and Lunges are a few regulars in my circuit!
Why do you sweat?
I sweat because I’ve seen the rewards that working out brings physically & mentally.
I sweat because I want to keep a balanced lifestyle and I want to look after my body the best I can but I also want to be able to eat what I want at times and not feel guilty.
