Sam is constantly on the go, whether she’s DJ’ing Vanity Fair photo shoots, throwing her own parties like 143 that have lineups down the block, or playing at special events all over the world. Being a pro she knows taking care of herself is the only way she can juggle her demanding work schedule while still being full of energy and looking fresh. She uses music as her motivator to sweat day and night and always stays stylish doing it.

I sweat it out with my fabulous friends, including you Adrianne!
What do you SWEAT?
Most likely ramen broth.
Where do you SWEAT?
At the gym, the hiking trails of the Los Angeles mountains, and dance class.
When do you SWEAT?
I aim for 4-5 days a week, and every time I DJ I usually work up a good sweat from jumping around and dancing!

Always with a really awesome soundtrack, either soulection radio, mixes that my DJ friends make, or a good podcast.

I sweat to eat.
