Use your own body weight in this workout you can do anywhere. Do as many reps as you can of the following exercises and finish with a strong run to burn extra calories. Work extra hard now to prepare for the holiday feasts ahead!
Start with 1 minute of jumping jacks to warm up
1 minute squats
1 minute jump squats
1 minute lunges on each leg
1 minute burpees
Rest and stretch for 2 minutes and repeat 3 times
30 minute run
