MOROCCAN OIL

AdrianneHo_Supreme_Morocco_4My natural wavy hair has a tendency to get dry and damaged from frequent washing after working out and from being exposed to harsh weather conditions from running outside.

SWEATTHESTYLE_MOROCCANOILArgan oil, also called Moroccan oil, from One N’Only is rich in essential fatty acids, omega 6 and vitamin E. After washing I apply it to the ends of my hair when it’s still wet and it regenerates and nourishes it, creating shine and soft natural waves. It’s non-greasy, alcohol-free, and absorbs instantly. Best of all it’s all natural and safe to apply everyday.

Sweat The Trail Mix

SWEATTHESTYLE_TRAILMIXCranberry, pecans, and pumpkin seeds are a few ingredients that I like to add to my trail mix. At home I keep several jars of various nuts, seeds, and dried fruit to mix together depending on how I’m feeling that day. Nuts and seeds are full of vitamins, protein, and healthy fats which make them a wholesome post workout snack. You can satisfy a sweet tooth by adding a little bit of dried fruit too.

A few things to keep in mind:
Keep the portion size small, nuts are healthy but high in calories.
Limit the amount of dried fruit used since dried fruit is still high in calories and sugar.
Stick to raw nuts and seeds instead of salted or roasted to get the most nutrients.
