Side Summer Squash

SweatTheStyle_SummerSquash A simple colourful side for your next meal.
Ingredients:
Summer Squash: 3, sliced
Red Onion: 1/2 cup, chopped
Olive Oil: 3 Tbsp
Sea Salt: To taste
Pepper: To taste
Garlic: 2 Cloves
Paprika: To taste

Instructions:
Cut thin slices of squash. Heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until onion is soft. Add squash and toss until crisp and tender. Add salt, pepper, and paprika and serve.

I sweat while hiking/running mountains in California.

I wish I can say everyday but only on my days off. When I’m home in LA you can find me hiking or swimming in the ocean.
How do you SWEAT?
With endurance and positivity. I like to eat and then I go out for a good sweat!
Why do you SWEAT?
To keep me feeling great mentally and physically.
