Chinese Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients:
Baby Bok Choy: 1 Bunch, Cleaned, Ends Trimmed
Sesame Oil: 3 Tbsp

Instructions:
Boil water in a pot. Once water is boiling throw in baby Bok Choy for 3 minutes.
Pour water and Bok Choy in a strainer and drizzle over sesame oil.

So easy there’s no excuse to not eat your greens!
