Tabata Sprints

AdrianneHo_Pigalle_4Sprint 20 seconds as far and as fast as you can. Then rest 10 seconds. Do 8 rounds of these sprint and rests.
The high intensity spurts followed by short rests keep your cardiovascular system in a constant state of working overtime to catch up with your body. Tabata workouts will fire up your metabolism and your body will continue to burn calories long after you’re done.

Crazy 8 Workout Plan

20 second bench crunches followed by 10 seconds of rest 4 times.
20 second jump squats followed by 10 seconds of rest 4 times.

When it gets tough remember you can do anything for 20 seconds!
