Most people treat guacamole as a side but I love having it as a full meal. It’s fast, easy, and incredibly healthy. I’ll usually pair it with Beanitos Black Bean Tortilla Chips because they are gluten-free, organic, and are full of protein. This makes for a fresh, quick, and balanced meal!

Avocados: 1 Large
Tomato: 1/2 Chopped
Cilantro: Handful Chopped
Red Onion: 3 Tablespoons Diced
Sea Salt: To Taste
Lime: Half
Tortilla Chips: 1 Bowl

Cut avocado in half.
Pop out pit.
Dig out avocado flesh into a bowl, squeeze in lime juice, and mash to desired consistency.
Mix in cilantro, tomato, and onion.
Sprinkle sea salt to taste.
Enjoy with tortilla chips.

I’m obsessed with Bakery On Main Gluten-Free Granola, it tastes great and has the most addictive crunch! I’ll usually have it for breakfast with greek yogurt, which is very high in protein, and a few superfood additions to keep me energetic and satisfied all day.

Strawberries: 1 Handful
Blueberries: 1 Handful
Greek Yogurt: 1 Cup
Bakery On Main Gluten-Free Granola: 1/2 Cup (I like the Nutty Cranberry Maple flavour)
Chia Seeds: 2 Tablespoons
Goji Berries: 2 Tablespoons

Arrange all the ingredients over a bowl of greek yogurt.

So fast and easy you’ll never skip breakfast again!

The thought of chocolate, banana, and almonds in a cold thick milkshake-like consistency is enough to get me through any tough workout!

Chocolate Protein: 1 Scoop
Flax Seeds: 1 Tablespoon
Banana: 1 Frozen and sliced
Chocolate Almond Milk: 1 cup
Ice: 1 cup
Raw Almonds: Small Handfull

Blend almonds and flax seeds in almond milk first until finely grated.
Blend the rest of the ingredients.
