You need a half ounce of fluid per day for every pound of body weight.
Divide that number by 8 to get that number in cups.
For example if you weigh 120lbs, you need to drink 60 oz. of fluid, which is 7.5 cups for the day.

Now that’s called smart water!

Ingredients:
Cucumber: 1 thinly sliced
Water: 1 Litre
Ice: 1 Cup

Instructions:
Throw cucumber slices in water. Let sit for an hour, stir, and serve over ice.
Pour one out for the homies!

Refreshing Rosemary Watermelon Water

Seedless Watermelon: 1 Small
Rosemary: 4 Fresh Sprigs
Lemon: 3 Slices
Honey: 1 Tbsp
Ice: 1 Cup
Filtered Water: 4 Cups

Chop watermelon into cubes. Crush a quarter of the watermelon cubes in a measuring cup until it’s watery and slushy, pour juice through a strainer into a water pitcher. Add ice, lemon slices, honey, rosemary, and the rest of the watermelon cubes. Let sit for a few hours, stir, and serve. The longer it sits the stronger the flavour.
