3. Turmeric is a natural antibacterial agent and antiseptic, useful in disinfecting cuts, scrapes and even bug bites.
4. When combined with cauliflower, turmeric can lower risk of prostate cancer.

Piñon Incense Of The West

SweatTheStyle_PinonAfter a really great workout or stressful day there’s nothing like relaxing at home and unplugging. The pleasant smell of burning natural wood is traditionally associated with sleepy little towns and pueblos throughout the Southwest and the Rockies. A convenient way to bring the woody country scent to the city are these piñon incense cones from Incense of the West. Simply light the cone and let the aroma permeate your room helping you relax and decompress.

Flexin’, I’m Just Flexin’

AdrianneHo_Supreme_BoxerBrief-12Activate those ab muscles 24/7. Place your hands on your tummy and cough. As you expel air feel your muscles tighten in towards your body. Hold that position as you go about your day. Keep your shoulders relaxed and breathe properly. You should be able to walk, talk, sit, work, and exercise like this. Over a few weeks, your stomach muscles will be stronger and tighter. “Flexin’, I’m just flexin’!”

AdrianneHo_Supreme_BoxerBrief-6AdrianneHo_Supreme_BoxerBrief-7Exercise and a good diet aren’t the only things that help achieve a flat stomach…

SweatTheStyle_AcidophilusHaving a proper balance of “good bacteria” in your body plays a large part as well.
If you have recently ran a course of antibiotics or have been going on a sugar bender, you may benefit from taking probiotics like acidophilus. Probiotics are the healthy type of bacteria living in your digestive tract. They can help reduce bloating, optimize digestion, improve immunity, as well as add a nice glow to your skin. If you experience upset digestion, probiotic supplements taken first thing in the morning will bring you some relief.
